INDUSTRIAL Internship

We are a business with experience in the Marketing of Financial Service. The internships are offered online or in offline development rooms. To teach students about the most recent tools, internships begin with a balanced mix of academic and practical lessons. Case studies and practical work then drive the internships forward. The industry experts who serve as instructors are very helpful in answering questions.

The internships are intended for college and university students specially BBA & MBA Students as well as working adults. To help and support the interns outside of scheduled sessions, we have a technical support team.

Certification: Following the internship, students will get an Internship Certificate, an Internship Completion Letter, and a Training Certificate.

Terms & Condition for the Internship

ACROTIC RESEARCH (powered by ACROTIC EDUCATION PVT. LTD.) is actively hiring fresher for the position of Intern who want to start a career in Marketing of Financial Services and build real-world experience with Sales and Marketing profile. The intern will be placed in the Marketing Department for 2-3 Months. Although it is an unpaid internship, it will play a significant role in career development. Details are as follows.

Internship Description:

Position: Marketing Intern

Eligibility: BBA and MBA.

Batch: 2023 only

Working Responsibilities:

To drive the company's marketing program

o Work as a Team Leader and coordinator with team members for the growth of revenue.

o New Client Acquisition for D-mat and Trading Account opening through networking, database and references.

o Handle customer questions/queries and resolve accordingly.

o Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.

o Meet Non-Trading Customers and activate them.

o End to end customer relationship management.

o Sale online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.

o Have a customer centric approach and ensure that they are serviced well.

o Ensure that customer trades actively after opening the trading account.

o Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of Third-Party Products like Mutual Fund,

IPO, NCD etc.

o Review with the reporting manager on a weekly basis.

o Attend all meeting & training programs conducted by management.

o Ensure 2 joint calls are made on a daily basis.

o Comply with all the policies & procedures laid down by the company.

Working Schedule: One day leave in week & active timing between 10 am to 6 pm

Requirement:

Excellent communication and public speaking skills, both verbal and written
The ability to learn and execute quickly with strong leadership skills.
A highly motivated and driven personality with a desire to learn and pursue a career in growth marketing
A team player attitude and the ability to contribute to growth and marketing operations
Highly dedicated individuals who are hardworking and have extreme determination.
Good listening skills and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective partners
The ability to approach situations with patience and empathy
The willingness to travel, if necessary.

· Any Group activity / Union / unethical /unnatural activity is strictly prohibited. In such case termination of Internship with immediate effect, lawful punishment & no benefits to be provided.

· Must have Smartphone or Laptop (WFH/WFO) Or Desktop (WFH)

· 7 days' notice to be provided in case of ethical resign or termination of Internship, both sides.

· Any leave application must be produced 48 hours prior for approval.

Candidates must have an Aadhar Card and PAN Card. DATA security to be provided. Additional terms will be added for working security.
