Business Development Manager
Major Responsibilities:
· Client Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new clients interested in opening Demat and trading accounts. This includes reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calls, emails, social media, and personal networking.
· Client Education: Educating potential and existing clients about the benefits, features, and processes of Demat and trading accounts. This involves explaining how these accounts work, the benefits of having them, and how to operate them effectively.
· Account Opening Process: Assisting clients with the process of opening Demat and trading accounts. This includes helping them fill out forms, collect necessary documents, and complete other formalities.
· KYC Compliance: Ensuring that all client accounts comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This involves verifying client identities, collecting required documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
· Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and managing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This includes addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
· Market Updates and Advisory: Providing clients with regular market updates, insights to help them make informed investment decisions. This might include sharing research reports, market trends, and stock recommendations.
· Sales Targets and Reporting: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the organization. This includes regularly reporting on sales activities, progress, and achievements to management.
· Feedback and Improvement: Gathering feedback from clients to improve services and address any gaps in the process. This helps in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
· Promotional Activities: Participating in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and workshops to attract new clients and educate existing ones about new features or products.
